Kit assembly
Multi-supplier requirements are consolidated into a single kit against a customer bill of materials. Each kit ships with a packing list keyed to the BOM line numbers.
Marking and identification
Item marking to MIL-STD-130, IUID data matrix application and registry submission, and passive RFID tagging where the receiving activity requires it.
Packaging
Military shipping label and bar coding to MIL-STD-129. Preservation and packing levels selected by transport mode and storage duration, including long-term preservation for pre-positioned stock.
Serialization records
Serial numbers, lot numbers, and shelf-life data are captured at pack-out and delivered as a structured file with the shipment.
