Risk-managed operations

Route security assessment

Every inland movement into a high-risk area is assessed before dispatch: route, timing, escort requirement, communications plan, and abort criteria.

Insurance

Cargo is insured to delivered value. War risk and political violence cover is arranged where the destination requires it, and the cost is shown as a line item.

In-country agents

Agents are vetted for beneficial ownership, sanctions exposure, and anti-corruption compliance before appointment, and rescreened continuously.

No-go criteria

We decline movement where the end-user cannot be verified, where the route cannot be insured, or where the destination is embargoed. A declined movement is reported to the customer in writing with the reason.
