Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to stock availability, export authorization, and screening clearance. Acceptance of an order is subject to Ironvale's written acknowledgment. Purchase order terms, delivery terms, and clause flowdowns are governed by the resulting contract.
Export control
All transactions are subject to US export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and the Export Administration Regulations, and to applicable sanctions. Ironvale will not proceed with a transaction where the end-user cannot be verified or where the destination is embargoed.

Registration data, certifications, and figures marked in brackets are placeholders pending verification. Verify registration data against the current SAM.gov record before award.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Ironvale unless otherwise stated. Product references are generic and do not imply endorsement by any manufacturer. No government seals, unit insignia, or third-party marks are used on this site.
