Export compliance statement
This site does not offer defense articles for sale to the general public. All transactions subject to US export control laws.
Registration
Ironvale Defense & Logistics is registered with the US Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Registration documentation is on file and is provided to customers and primes on request.
Classification
Every item is classified before quotation. The USML category and paragraph, or the ECCN or EAR99 determination, is recorded on the quotation. Where an export authorization is required, the quotation states that fact and the expected lead time.
Authorizations
Permanent exports are made under DSP-5 or an applicable exemption. Temporary exports, including repair returns, are made under DSP-73 or an applicable exemption. License provisos are communicated to the customer in writing and are binding on the transaction.
End-use and end-user
Ironvale supplies government and multilateral end-users only. End-use certificates, non-transfer and use certificates, and letters of explanation are collected as required. Ironvale does not supply non-state actors, and does not supply destinations subject to US embargo or comprehensive sanctions.
Screening
All parties to a transaction are screened against the Consolidated Screening List, OFAC lists, DDTC debarred parties, EU restrictive measures, and UN sanctions lists. Screening is repeated daily and any change places the transaction on hold.
Retransfer and re-export
Retransfer or re-export of US-origin articles requires prior US Government authorization. Customers are responsible for obtaining authorization before any retransfer, and Ironvale will support the application on request.
Reporting
Suspected violations, diversion attempts, or unauthorized approaches are reported to the Empowered Official and, where required, to the US Government. Ironvale cooperates with end-use monitoring, including Blue Lantern checks.
