What we collect
When you submit a request for quote or contact the operations desk, we collect the business contact details and requirement information you provide: organization, name, email, phone, requester CAGE or DUNS, end-user, end-use country, requirement description, delivery details, and any notes you add.
Why we hold it
We use this information to prepare quotations, perform export classification and restricted party screening, execute orders, and maintain records required by US export control regulations. Export records are retained for the period required by 22 CFR 122.5.
Who sees it
Access is limited to Ironvale personnel with a business need, and to suppliers, freight partners, and customs agents to the extent required to fulfil your requirement. We do not sell contact information. We disclose records to US government authorities where law requires it.
Controlled technical data
Do not submit controlled technical data through the website. Contact the operations desk for transmission instructions under our technology control plan.
Requests
To ask what we hold about you, or to request correction, contact rfq@ironvale-dl.com. Records required by export control regulations cannot be deleted before their retention period ends.
