Authorized channels only

We buy through OEMs and their authorized distributors. Every purchase order records the source, the lot or serial data where applicable, and the certificate of conformance. Grey-market and broker-of-broker sourcing is prohibited by our supplier code.

NSN cross-referencing

Requirements arrive as NSNs, OEM part numbers, or a written description. We cross-reference all three and return a quote that states exactly what will ship, including form-fit-function alternates when the requested item is unavailable.

• NSN to commercial part number resolution
• Alternate and substitute identification with technical justification
• Documented deviation requests when an exact match cannot be supplied

Obsolescence and DMSMS support

For discontinued items we identify last-time-buy opportunities, qualified alternates, and aftermarket sources with traceability. We flag DMSMS risk in the quote rather than after award.

Small-quantity and urgent buys

Single-unit and short-fuse requirements are accepted. Standard quote turnaround is 48 hours; urgent requirements are acknowledged the same business day by the operations desk.

Counterfeit part avoidance

Our inspection and traceability process references AS6081 for electronic parts obtained outside franchised channels. Where franchised sourcing is not possible, the customer is told before award and the additional test regime is quoted as a line item.
